Overview
JDirectItems Shopping brings together products from independent Japanese stores.
The most important rule is simple:
Buy from the exact merchant offer, not only from the product title.

1. Confirm the merchant
The same product may be sold by more than one store.
Check:
- store name
- product
- selected option
- quantity
- price
- stock
- Japan domestic shipping
- dispatch timing
2. Compare the full Japan-side cost
A lower displayed item price may not produce the lower total.
Check:
- item price
- store shipping charge
- purchase limits
- store-specific notes
3. Confirm the exact variation
For products with selectable options, verify:
JPS should not guess when the product page contains several choices.
- size
- color
- model
- bundle
- quantity
4. Handle stock changes clearly
If the selected option becomes unavailable or the store materially changes the terms, the customer should review the change before purchase.
5. Orders may arrive separately
Different stores may dispatch separate parcels to JPS.
That is normal.
JPS provides 60 days free storage so customers can wait for eligible orders.
6. Consolidation
Eligible orders can be consolidated for free.
Final parcel packing starts from ¥500.
Combine based on the actual items that reached the warehouse, not on product-page estimates.
7. International shipping
After packing:
JPS charges actual carrier rates with no JPS shipping markup.
- actual weight is known
- dimensions are known
- carrier options can be compared
