Before you buy
- Match the precise series, character and edition with the seller photos. Regular, limited and HIPPERS listings can describe different products.
- Check whether the box is sealed, opened or empty and whether the contents are random or identified. Do not assume a secret figure is included.
- Review paint wear, marks, packaging and accessories. Availability and authenticity are not guaranteed by a listing title or by JPS.
A series name is only the starting point
The official Sonny Angel catalog separates regular mini figures, limited series and HIPPERS. Use it to identify the product family, then compare the actual seller photos. A photo showing multiple figures can be a reference image rather than the contents of the sale.
For an older release, ask whether the seller is offering the named figure, a random box or a set with missing pieces. Do not treat limited or discontinued wording as a promise that a particular item can still be purchased.
Opened figures and blind boxes need different checks
An opened listing may let you identify the character, but you still need to inspect paint, marks and included packaging. An unopened box conceals the contents; it cannot establish the particular figure you will receive.
Keep seller photos and the original Japanese description. JPS purchase processing does not convert uncertain seller claims into professional authentication.
From listing to international delivery
Open a matching listing, review the original description and seller details, then add an eligible item to your JPS cart and review the confirmed costs.
After purchase and arrival at the Japan warehouse, request packing and choose an available international shipping method. Availability, purchase eligibility and shipping depend on the item and destination.
