When to compare Doorzo with another proxy
Doorzo publishes a proxy purchase fee of ¥50–300 per item, with the exact level depending on the source/item workflow. An alternative becomes relevant when your target store is better supported elsewhere, when item-level charging grows across a large basket, or when a different storage and second-payment workflow is easier to plan.

Use the exact Doorzo source fee
Do not benchmark every Doorzo purchase at the lowest advertised number. Build the real source basket and record the applicable item fee for each listing, then add Japan domestic delivery, warehouse options and the later international-shipping payment. Only then compare the alternative on the same items.
Operational reasons to move
- the alternative handles a required store or auction with fewer restrictions
- a different consolidation or storage workflow reduces waiting or parcel complexity
- the full multi-item cost is lower after all charging units are counted
- the alternative provides a carrier or payment path that is materially better for your destination

When the Doorzo workflow still wins
If the exact stores you use fall into favorable fee tiers and the warehouse/shipping workflow matches your buying cadence, switching only to chase a nominal fee reduction can be counterproductive. Require the competing service to improve the complete basket.
