Overview
Warehouse consolidation means waiting for several eligible Japan purchases and deciding how they should be prepared for international shipping.
JPS provides:
The important part is not simply putting everything into one box.
It is building the most sensible parcel.
- 60 days free storage
- free consolidation
- packing from ¥500 per outbound parcel

Storage gives you time to wait
Orders from different Japanese sellers may arrive on different days.
JPS provides 60 days free warehouse storage.
This gives buyers time to wait for marketplace purchases, store orders, auction wins, and preorders.
Consolidation fee
Free
Eligible purchases can be combined without a separate consolidation charge.
Packing fee
Final international parcel packing starts from ¥500 per parcel.
This covers the work and materials needed to prepare the outbound shipment.
What combines well
Products that usually consolidate efficiently include trading cards, acrylic stands, games, CDs, small fashion items, and stationery.
What needs more planning
Products that may need special handling include scale figures, records, heavy books, cameras and lenses, ceramics, large model kits, and fishing rods.
Heavy and fragile items
A parcel can be physically possible but poorly designed.
Examples:
Warehouse consolidation should consider product compatibility, not only box volume.
- heavy books can crush figure boxes
- camera lenses can move against fragile goods
- vinyl records need flat protection
- sealed collector products should not be compressed
Dimensional weight
Combining several large boxes can create high dimensional weight.
This is common with figures, Gunpla, shoes, and plush toys.
One very large consolidated parcel can sometimes cost more than two smaller shipments.
When splitting makes sense
Consider separate parcels when one item is oversized, one item contains restricted contents, fragile and heavy goods should be separated, a valuable item needs different handling, or the combined parcel exceeds carrier limits.
Retail packaging
Removing seller shipping cartons can reduce unnecessary volume.
But product packaging may be part of the item’s value.
Examples include figure boxes, watch tins, game boxes, and limited-edition packaging.
Do not remove product packaging automatically when collector value matters.
Photos before shipment
Optional JPS item photos: ¥500/item.
Photos can help confirm visible condition before a consolidation decision.
Reopening a prepared parcel
Parcel unpacking: ¥1,000.
If the contents are then repacked or split, new packing fees apply.
