ひとつひとつ丁寧に自然凍結、自然乾燥させて作りました。国内産天草100%使用、無漂白の棒寒天です。 [ 原材料 ] 天草(国産) [ 使い方 ] 調理例:フルーツみつ豆、つやつや寒天ご飯、寒天スープ 寒天のとかし方 1.寒天をたっぷりの水に浸し軽く押し洗いします。 2.柔らかくなったら固くしぼり、小さくちぎって水で煮とかします。(本品1本の標準は水500〜600ml)です。 3.寒天の形がわからなくなるまでとけたら、裏ごしをしてお好みの味にととのえ容器に入れ固めます。 ※出来上がりの固さはお好みに応じて水量と煮詰め具合で加減してお召し上がりください。 [ 保存方法 ] 高温多湿・直射日光を避けて保存 ◎賞味期限:常温3年◎画像は調理例です。商品は棒状の寒天素材だけです。

[Ingredients] Amakusa (Domestic) [How to Use] Examples: Fruit mitsumame, shiny agar rice, agar soup. How to dissolve agar: 1. Soak the agar in plenty of water and gently press it to wash. 2. Once soft, squeeze it out, break it into small pieces, and boil in water. (The standard amount of water for one bottle of this product is 500-600ml.) 3. Once the agar has dissolved until it is no longer recognizable, strain it, adjust to your desired flavor, and place in a container to solidify. *Adjust the amount of water and how much you boil it down to your desired consistency.
