This adapter is specifically designed for use with REC Mount Type 19 and other narrow-mount cameras listed as compatible. Material: 6061 aluminum. Included accessories: 1 x M5 x 18 bolt, 1 x M5 x 15 bolt, 1 x M5 nut. This universal type with a GoPro interface is compatible with both left and right cameras. The arm and head are fastened together with a screw, allowing you to attach existing REC Mount light adapters and camera adapters for GoPro and Shimano cameras. *Please check the general precautions and compatible mounts. General Precautions *When installing, loosen the arm clamp screw with a 2.5mm hex wrench. *We recommend using a thread locking agent on the included bolt. *Please check in advance as the light may not point downwards or may interfere with the light depending on the light shape, mount type, position, and wire routing. *If the light is attached facing downwards, the light intensity and beam axis may not perform as intended.
