Weight: 125g. Baratte butter is unsalted butter infused with vanilla. Perfect for spreading on bread, pancakes, and other sweet treats. Ingredients: Raw milk, brown sugar, vanilla. Jean and Yves Borthier are the only artisans in France who craft butter using the traditional wooden churning method. Each butter is hand-formed into a unique shape using a boxwood spatula, resulting in a melt-in-the-mouth texture and a rich, milky aroma. To ensure the highest quality, the dairy cows are carefully selected for their environment, climate, temperature, and feed. This butter is renowned as the finest in Brittany, used in three-star restaurants and first-class hotels in France. Available in eight varieties, including salted butter, unsalted butter, Espelette pepper butter, and seaweed butter. Best-by dates are 1-3 weeks after arrival in Japan. Orders close every Tuesday, and shipments are expected the following Friday. Please note that combined shipping is subject to availability. Please note that this is a very valuable butter. Bordier butter is an officially imported product, and has a shelf life of only 1-2 weeks after it arrives in Japan by air freight. The milk is made using carefully selected feed that is as good as or better than the red beet grass-fed butter, fed grass in the summer and hay in the winter, and is shaped by hand by Mr. Bordier, who is particular about quality. He is so particular about quality that he does not want to sell frozen products.
