The Chamomile is a 1.8m wingspan, semi-assembled motor glider with flaps and film pasted on. The main wing is a balsa rib-mounted, full-plank balsa wing with film pasted on. The fuselage combines a glass pod and carbon tailpipe for a lightweight yet highly rigid structure. The 8% thin wing provides excellent lift and moderate speed. Flaps, which tend to have complex linkages, feature a simple single-servo linkage from the fuselage. This setup allows for flight with a standard 6-channel radio control set. The recommended power unit, the ER-221210d brushless motor and 10x6 folding propeller, provide impressive climbing power. This is a must-try for modelers who have never tried a glider with flaps.
