It refers to a state in which one is not fully healthy but is not yet in need of nursing care. While leaving frailty untreated increases the risk of requiring nursing care (such as fractures or dementia), taking appropriate measures can improve the chances of recovery. Yokkaichi City is actively working to prevent frailty based on its "Dementia-Friendly Declaration." This is a visitor's pass (one person, one use) for the Olympia Sports Club in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture. It can be used for one exercise session (club use) to prevent frailty (especially physical frailty). When purchasing, you can choose gym, studio, or pool use. Yokkaichi City is currently actively working to combat frailty through its "New Health Common Sense" initiative. This pass is provided to support the health aspects of this project.
