We opened in Daikanyama in May 2016. Our restaurant, "falo," means bonfire in Italian. A charcoal grill sits in the center of the restaurant, surrounded by a counter, aims to create a space where you can enjoy delicious food with friends and family. Chef Hitoshi Kashimura, formerly head chef at Acqua Pazza in Hiroo, brings out the full flavor of each ingredient. Come and try our charcoal-grilled chunks of meat and dishes stewed in the corner of the hearth. We look forward to your visit.
