Please select the performance you wish to receive from the performances listed on this application form (Note) and return it by the specified deadline using the enclosed return envelope. *For details about the Yamagata Symphony Orchestra's regular concerts, please visit their official website. (Note) These performances will be held approximately within 6 months of the ticket application form being sent.
