There may be slight misalignment in the camera hole position. There may also be slight misalignment in the image during printing. Because each product is made to order, returns and exchanges are strictly prohibited except for defective products. The warranty does not cover incorrect model selection, so please be sure to check the model number when ordering. Regarding Shipping: As these are handmade, made-to-order products, shipping takes longer than ready-made products. Generally, orders ship within 3 business days after payment confirmation, with a maximum of 10 business days. During peak periods or after holidays, shipping may take longer.
