[Rapeseed Oil] This oil is extracted from organically grown rapeseed grown in Japan without the use of pesticides. It is extracted by pressing, without the use of hexane (a mineral oil similar to benzene). [Sea Salt] We use salt from Tejakula, Bali, Indonesia, known as the holy land of salt. This completely sun-dried sea salt is handmade using a traditional method that has been preserved for over 500 years. Pure deep-sea water is dried using only sunlight, without heat. This raw salt is rich in minerals, untouched by the sea. We practice fair trade to preserve the tradition of salt production. [Brown Sugar] We use pure brown sugar from Hateruma Island, Okinawa, which has a rich, pure flavor. This premium brown sugar is used as a secret ingredient to create a rich, full-bodied flavor. (If you stir suddenly, the oil will spill.) (2) Once the oil has sunk into the hole, insert the spatula and twist several times. (3) Once the almonds and oil are well mixed, mix again with the spatula, moving it up and down vigorously until the mixture is creamy. *Hard lumps tend to remain at the bottom of the container, so be sure to mix thoroughly. *If you use the container while the oil is still floating, you will end up with dry almonds. ◎Eco-friendly packaging with recycling in mind: To reduce plastic use, we use glass bottles and metal lids, which are relatively recyclable.
